Who are the teachers?
We work with a wide range of highly qualified, experienced teachers with different specialisms ranging from business to exams and school subject tuition. All our online teachers are carefully selected for their ability to deliver a professional course online to meet your needs for learning English or academic subjects. Many have also taught 1:1 homestay courses with Living Learning English. Our teachers are fully police-checked and receive ongoing support and training from Living Learning English.
How do you select a teacher for me?
A good match between teacher and student is the basis of our success in providing online courses. The booking form provides us with information about your learning requirements as well as your interests and goals. With this information, we will provide the best teacher for you. A profile of your teacher will be sent to you before you confirm your booking, with details of their qualifications, background and experience.
How is the course planned?
At the beginning of the course, your teacher will plan the course with you following a needs assessment. This ensures that the course meets your exact learning needs - no two courses are ever the same! The study plan is reviewed regularly and new targets negotiated.
How do I book lessons?
You can book an online tuition course with LLE here.
The minimum number of hours for each booking is 5 hours. This will give you 10 lesson credits of 30 minutes. Once you have started your online tuition course, you can purchase more credits within our booking system.

To use our online platform, you will need:

What if I need to cancel a lesson?
All online tuition is scheduled within our Student Portal. You can see the lessons you have booked on your calendar in your local time.
You must be prepared and ready to start the lesson 5 minutes before the scheduled time. You must give 18 hours notice to reschedule the lesson. If you need to reschedule a lesson in an emergency, then please give your teacher as much notice as possible.
