Young Learner Courses – FAQ
Pre-Arrival Documents – Why Are They Important?
Before arrival, we require key documents to ensure a smooth start. Please submit them via the Student Portal as soon as possible.
- Initial Assessment – Without this, the teacher will need to assess the student’s level upon arrival, using valuable lesson time. It also allows the teacher to prepare the right materials in advance.
- Safeguarding Form – This is the most important document for student welfare. It includes medical conditions, medications, allergies, emergency contacts, and permissions (such as going out unaccompanied). Parents should complete this form carefully.
- Code of Conduct – This outlines expectations for behaviour, ensuring a respectful and safe learning environment.
Without these documents, we cannot guarantee a well-prepared course.
